- the Law of Ukraine “On Information” (Articles 9, 28, 29, 30, 32, 37, 38, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 54);
- the Law of Ukraine “On State Secrets”;
- the Law of Ukraine “On Ownership”;
- the Stockholm Convention of July 14, 1967;
- the Paris Convention on Protection of Industrial Property;
- Commentaries to the Standard Law on Trademarks, Logos, and Acts of Unlawful Competition, developed by the World Organization of Intellectual Property;
- the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on the official interpretation of Articles 3, 23, 31, 47, 48 of the Law of Ukraine “On Information” and Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prosecution” (the K.G. Ustimenko case) of October 30, 1997;
- the Penal Code of Ukraine Articles 136, 137, 148, 148/6, 148/7, 155-1, 193, 193-1, 194;
- the Constitution of Ukraine, Articles 17, 31, 32, 34, 42, 54, 68.

Action Data Group works under the terms of full transparency for each Client and, strictly abides by the Confidentiality Agreement. All the research results and knowledge, gained during completion of a project, belong only to the Client, and Action Data Group never makes such results, in part or in full, available to any third parties, be they legal or physical persons, or the media.
